About the Daycare
Beautiful Savior Lutheran School Inc. (Birchdale) offers preschool and school-age childcare for children aged 3 to 12 years. The daycare program is licensed for 16 children aged 3 to 5, requiring children to be 3 by December 31st of their acceptance year and toilet trained. Nursery programming follows the school year (September to June), closing for Spring Break. Both daycare and nursery programs incorporate a Kindergarten readiness program using Handwriting Without Tears and a faith-based curriculum with daily Bible study. Before and after school care is available for children K-8, on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis. This program is open on in-service days and Spring Break, but closed during Christmas Break, statutory holidays, and July/August.
