Bright Beginnings Educare Inc. (BBE) is committed to providing well-trained, professional Early Childhood educators. Our staff are knowledgeable, warm, and caring individuals who welcome and work together with families as a team.

BBE believes in the development of the whole child. We encourage children to become independent, capable thinkers who can thrive in an environment of safety and respect. A safe and caring atmosphere is the best way for children to learn through play and experiences.

Our staff are committed to assisting in the development of independence, encouraging problem-solving, using consistent behavior management strategies, developing appropriate limits and expectations. We model, teach, and promote life skills and healthy lifestyles, encouraging children to make decisions and choices, guiding children to develop at their own pace. We encourage children to express their feelings and develop empathy towards others, providing a non-sexist environment in which children are able to learn non-sexist roles. We recognize each child as an individual with specific needs which must be realized and met. We provide opportunities for positive interaction of children of different ages in a warm, mutually respectful environment. We support each child as they learn about self-control.

Through well-developed and carefully thought-out play activities that staff have planned, children learn essential life skills.
