About the Daycare
Cairns Children's Centre Inc. offers a variety of childcare programs, including nursery, preschool, and school-age care. We provide full-day care for Kindergarten children attending Ecole RHG Bonnycastle School in the mornings, and before-and-after school care for children in Grades 1-4 at Bonnycastle, as well as Grades 5 and 6 at Arthur A Leach or École Viscount Alexander.
A morning Nursery School program (9:30 am - 11:30 am, five days a week) is also available. Our educators are loving and trained to provide a high-quality, inclusive, and positive environment. For Kindergarten and School-age care, there is a long waitlist for the 2024-2025 school year.
Enrolment Policies: Priority is given to staff children, then siblings of current children, followed by the waitlist (chronological order based on birth year for Nursery, and date joined for School Age). Kindergarten children must attend Ecole RHG Bonnycastle School; Grades 5 and 6 must attend either Arthur A Leach or École Viscount Alexander.
