Dalhousie Day Care Inc.

Dalhousie Day Care Inc. is a non-profit, government-licensed childcare centre located in Dalhousie School. We provide quality care for children aged 5 to 12 years. We are open year-round, including school in-services, offering staggered entry, strong beginnings programs, and care during winter, spring, and summer breaks. We are closed only on statutory holidays such as New Year's Day and Louis Riel Day.

Program: Our program incorporates various activities to meet children's developmental needs, including crafts, drama, music, cooking, gym activities, and science. We utilize the school's theatre, library, art room, and breakfast room for these activities. We also offer field trips and on-site visitors to broaden children's knowledge.

Hours of Operation: School days: 7:30 am – 9:10 am and 3:45 pm – 6:00 pm (Grades 1-6). Kindergarteners in our program attending morning Kindergarten: 11:55 am onwards. During school in-services and breaks: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm.

Fees & Registration: We are government subsidized, and eligible parents may receive assistance from the Provincial Government.
