At Dauphin School Age Day Care Inc., our goal is to provide a caring and nurturing environment where children and families can feel safe and grow into independent individuals. Our program is based on the children’s interests and needs to help promote freedom of choice, independence, responsibility, and respect for self and others. Children are provided with a variety of materials and opportunities to learn and develop new skills daily. Staff are available to assist children as needed. We recognize that all children are unique and strive to understand each child individually to create the best possible learning and fun environment. Each child is recognized, feels loved, appreciated, and is able to be proud of their accomplishments. We build honest and trustworthy relationships with children and families. Staff communicate daily with parents and children to understand family dynamics and help the child have a successful day. This information helps us develop and plan appropriate daily activities and routines to encourage learning.
