About the Daycare
Provides community-based, parent-to-parent education, support, and training through parent discussion groups, workshops, and presentations. Presentations/workshops are available to community organizations. We also have an Online Parent Resource Library with quick parenting strategies in 9 languages.
Facilitator Training: Trains parents to facilitate parent education courses and workshops.
Parenting Program: Offers parenting courses and workshops led by experienced parents; held throughout the region; Child care provided for some groups.
On-line Parenting Programs: Parenting Courses from the comfort of your home.
Parent Meet Ups: An informal face-to-face Meet Up for parents and children at various locations in Peel.
Family Futures: In partnership with Peel Children's Aid Society, parenting programs are provided specifically for clients of CAS.
Parent Information and Support Telephone Line: Parents can call and talk to one of our parent educators during office hours or leave a message and their call will be returned. We do not offer individual counseling but can provide parenting information and referrals.
