About the Daycare
Fort Rouge Child Care is a preschool and school-age childcare centre located in LaVerendrye school at 290 Lilac Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. We offer a play-based emergent curriculum and a fun-filled summer program with activities, pool and splash pad visits, and field trips. The centre has access to several school amenities, including the gym, library, music room, and Cafe LaV, which offers games, puzzles, and toys. We offer a preschool program (3-5 years) and a school-age program (6-12 years). Preschool children must be toilet trained. Some staff speak French and English.
Priority enrolment is given to children attending LaVerendrye School and those living in the Fort Rouge area. Before and after school care is available for school-age children.
