About the Daycare
Kiddie Sunshine Centre Inc. has been operating since October 1983. It's a non-profit organization licensed by the province of Manitoba, offering childcare and nursery school services to Altona and the surrounding area. The Centre is licensed to care for 16 infants (12 weeks to 24 months), 48 preschoolers (2- to 5-year-olds), and 15 school-age children (5 to 12-year-olds).
Our program aims to develop children's emotional, physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs through a stimulating learning environment. We believe all children deserve love, respect, and the opportunity to learn and contribute to the well-being of others. We provide two snacks daily and a hot lunch once a week.
Programs Offered
Care for infants aged 12 weeks to 24 months.
Care for preschool children aged 2 to 5 years.
Care for school-age children aged 5 to 12 years.
