Kindheart Childcare

Kindheart Childcare provides care for infants, preschool, and school-aged children. We are open Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Healthy morning and afternoon snacks are provided. We speak English and Tagalog.

Daily Schedule:

• 6:30 - 7:00 AM: Children Arrive, Free play
• 7:00 - 7:45 AM: Circle time or provider-directed activities
• 7:45 - 8:00 AM: Bathroom time, hand washing
• 8:00 - 8:30 AM: Snack time
• 8:30 - 8:45 AM: Hand washing, dress for outdoor play
• 8:45 - 10:00 AM: Outside time (weather dependent)
• 10:00 - 10:15 AM: Hand washing and lunch prep
• 10:15 - 11:15 AM: Lunch time
• 11:15 - 11:30 AM: Bathroom, diapering, cleanup
• 11:30 AM - 1:15 PM: Nap/Rest time/Quiet activities
• 1:15 - 1:30 PM: Story/Quiet wake-up activities
• 1:30 - 2:00 PM: Snack time
• 2:00 - 2:15 PM: Diapering and hand washing
• 2:15 - 3:15 PM: Outside time (weather dependent or active indoor play)
• 3:15 - 3:30 PM: Clean up, prepare for home, quiet activities

Closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Louis Riel Day, Good Friday & Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day/Reconciliation Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas & Boxing Day.

Enrollment Policies: Priority given to siblings of current children.
