About the Daycare
Malton Neighbourhood Services offers a fully integrated youth hub for ages 12-25, providing various services including mental health support, substance use support, housing assistance, education support, employment support, primary care, recreation programs, library support, and family counselling. They also offer peer services, outreach, and system navigation. Specific programs include Youth Counselling, Youth Coordinator (YC), Youth Outreach Worker (YOW), and Clinical Youth Outreach Worker (CYOW). YC provides personal counselling to help youth manage relationships, set goals, and make decisions. YOW serves hard-to-reach youth and families, raising awareness of community services and engaging youth in programs. CYOW helps youth connect with mental health services in Peel Region, providing one-on-one counselling and support.
