About the Daycare
Government licensed child care centre for children aged 2.5 to 5 years. A co-operative preschool (opted into CWELCC) offering various program options: 2 mornings (Tue & Thu), 2 afternoons Ready to Learn Program (Tue & Thu), 3 mornings (Mon, Wed, Fri), 3 afternoons Ready to learn Program (Mon, Wed, Fri), or 5 mornings (Mon - Fri) per week. Registration for more than one session may be possible. The centre is open on PA days but closed during Christmas and March breaks, operating from September to June. The program is integrated for special needs children, and parent participation is required for approximately 1-2 sessions per month. Some non-duty spots are available. All parents participate on the parent committee and attend general meetings. The Ready to Learn enriched program includes Jolly Phonics, French, Yoga, and Music.
