About the Daycare
Rainbow Day Nursery Phase 1 offers programming for children aged twelve weeks to twelve years based on the emergent curriculum philosophy of early childhood education. All spaces are full-time only. We are pleased to provide an enhanced summer program including excursions and on-site activities at no additional cost. Due to large preschool programs, we are unable to guarantee care beyond kindergarten. Parents are therefore advised to remain on the waitlist for school age programs at other centres. This centre provides care for children enrolled at Island Lakes Community School, Shamrock School, and École Guyot. Transportation is available to Island Lakes Community School. Children who qualify for LRSD bussing from their home address may also be eligible for LRSD transportation to Shamrock School and École Guyot from Rainbow Day Nursery Phase 1.
