The Squirrels' Nest Child Care Centre

This non-profit, licensed child care centre serves children aged 0 to 10 years. A child care fee subsidy may be available to help with the cost of child care. This location participates in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care system. The centre escorts children to Edgewood Public School (walking distance) and St. Victor Catholic School (by bus). Staff speak Arabic, Bengali, Cantonese, Czech, Greek, Gujarati, Hindi, Italian, Mandarin, Panjabi (Punjabi), Persian (Farsi), Portuguese, Russian, Tagalog (Pilipino, Filipino), Tamil, and Urdu. The centre offers catered food, food prepared on premises, and various dietary options including gluten-free, halal, peanut-free, pork-free, vegan, and vegetarian choices. Special meals are available upon request.
