About the Daycare
Welcome to Wee Care Child Center Carman, Inc. We recognize each child as unique individuals and respect their rights and feelings. Our program focuses on the development of the whole child. We foster the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child. Specially trained and qualified staff promote growth and development through organizing learning centers that stimulate children’s curiosity and desire to learn.
We provide children with choices and experiences for discovery. A variety of firsthand experiences are provided in a high-quality environment. We respect each child’s interest, ability, and skills. We recognize play as a child’s method of learning about the world around them. We provide a positive learning environment that enhances each child’s level of development through creative arts, crafts, music, storytelling, and through general play.
Our environment is rich in opportunities for each child to develop fine and gross motor skills. It provides an atmosphere for interaction with and respect for others. It fosters curiosity, initiative, and independence. Children develop abilities and skills that give them a sense of competence and mastery through a challenging environment. We recognize the family as the most important and effective influence on the development of the whole child.
